All you have to do is Find the exact prizes in stores and submit to the IRS documentation these prizes are over valued. I did it for a 2005 Jeep Liberty I won, Activision ARV listed at $25K, when in fact my jeep dealer had the exact Jeep I won, and the sticker was around $19.
