I made a little bit of progress, still not entered though...
In your P&G account, go to Rewards
There are 4 colored boxes under the heading Rewards Catalog
Scroll down to the Sweepstakes box/button
Select the Dawn contest
Redeem points to enter the contest

I have points that I can use to enter, but...
there's a red bar saying "You have exceeded your daily limit. Please try again later."

I was able to log in after changing my password, but I'm unclear on how to enter. It's really just a registration form, and the page says this:

By creating your account or by log-in, you will be automatically registered for the sweepstake (1 entry).

So are automatically entered if we're able to log in?
