I have been entering this one for a very long time. There used to be additional option for more entries like social media follows etc. When the confirmation emails stopped working properly they took away the other options and made it a single entry for awhile. Now the confirmation emails only work sometimes. What irritates me is that sometimes some people get them and others don't.
