FYI Calculating the Words in 500 Characters. As a rule of thumb, there are between 71 and 125 words with spaces in the character count. These figures are with the inclusion of spaces. For me it's easier to write the quick essay - even though I purchase and use their products. No smart phone, so I have to photograph the receipt (which is 10 miles long even when I pay "separately" for the one specific item) and then submit it from my PC desktop or wherever it saves to.
