AMAProSBK - At the very top of the rules it says "IN USA, CANADA AND INDIA, NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN." Also, they list the countries sponsored of which Canada and India are included (Sponsors include Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, Peru, Sweden, United States).
