Yes that is a good observation. Rules also say that entries don't carry over from one entry period to another. They don't explicitly says you can only enter once per year, which would be a better way to phrase the contest is you are moving from a quarterly entry contest to an annual entry contest. Also of note, the rules talk about entering via Bonterra (don't do both sites) but there was nothing on Bonterra ca or com when I sent the contest in to CG. Good rule writing and programming for contests are hard to find these days.
