If all four entry periods start on December 1st 2023, then it would seem to suggest their "Limit one (1) entry per person" is correct.

I sent a message to Camping World asking for verification if you can enter a total of 4 times (once per quarter) or if 1 entry rolls over into each entry period (since they all start on the same date)

From the rules: "Eligible participants may enter a maximum of one (1) time during each Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or phone numbers the Entrant may own."
And the rules do list four separate Entry Periods. There is no mention of rolling over. Unless sponsor responds otherwise, it seems like four entries allowed -- one per quarter.

You're missing the part where all four entry periods start on the same day. That's where the confusion comes in to play. If you enter right now, that entry encompasses all four entry periods.

In The Paragraph titles 2. HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible participants may enter a maximum of one (1) time during each Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or phone numbers the Entrant may own
There are four (4) Grand Prize RVs ($16,995 each), with one Grand Prize allocated to each of the four (4) Entry Periods, described in the chart below in Section 4.
I did send Mr Lemonis an Email, since Id not heard from him on twitter

Though after entering, the bottom of the confirmation reads:
"Abbreviated Rules: The 2024 Coleman RV Giveaway entry period begins on Friday, December 1st 2023, at 12:01 AM EST and ends Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. No purchase necessary. Open to US residents only, age 18 & older. Void in AK, HI, PR & where prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person. Sponsored by FreedomRoads, LLC, Lincolnshire, IL. For Official Rules, by which this Sweepstakes is governed, visit go.campingworld.com/coleman-giveaway/rules." Still not clear I guess

from the rules:
'Duplicate and electronically reproduced entries will be disregarded'. (not disqualified)
also, further down
'entries received during each individual Entry Period'
'(note: eligible entries roll over into each entry period. Duplicate entries will be eliminated). The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) Entry Periods (the Entry Periods )'
Sounds to me that we can enter total of 4 times.
now for entry period 2 and again after July 1st and October 1st.
If turns out not, the extra entries will be disredarded or eliminated & it won't disqualify us.
