Usually Black Press contests are also BC and / AB only.

Thanks Maliergo. I did include the bit about residing within 60km of a Black Press publication under "Restrictions" when I submitted this one, but it somehow got removed.
They don't say it's restricted to only BC and AB this time...but it's probably best for Victoria area, or people who plan to travel there.
