You need a mobile number to redeem the coupon, it is a 5 minute countdown timer. I assume you will need data like their other prize redemptions.

finally got one: From my desktop, it was submitting and coming back to the form, but it works from a phone (or faking one via the browser Developer Tools)

I redeemed mine the other day at Couche-Tard, no problems.
Just drank it yesterday, the raspberry one, and it was very delicious!
