I used to work for a large company that booked major music concerts. I met A LOT of musicians. Barry Manilow was the rudest one I ever dealt with. (Phil Collins was the nicest)

That is so sad. I've always liked him, he writes such heartwarming songs. Sorry to hear he is coldhearted.
