It's single entry if entered through the main form listed here on CG. It's only daily if entered through the form that you can get by scanning the QR code in a Boost store. Someone generously shared the QR code link last time. Hopefully someone will again. I have no Boost store within 50 miles of me or I'd stop in.

For the last Boost sweeps the QR link was the same link with /qr at the end, and it looks like that works here too: https://www.sendmomcruisin.com/qr
