I tried to report the issue through their website "contact us" page, and get the same result. Not submitting

They have this sweepstakes posted on their facebook page. I just tagged them & commented its not working. So if others maybe also comment they might fix it.

Page loads but form wont submit. Just spins & spins. Same for all broswers including bing. wont work.
