The syntax of this sentence is maddening: do they not understand that California and Indiana are within the United States of America, or do they mean California and Indiana residents of the United States *only* are thusly eligible?

AMAProSBK - At the very top of the rules it says "IN USA, CANADA AND INDIA, NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN." Also, they list the countries sponsored of which Canada and India are included (Sponsors include Australia, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, Peru, Sweden, United States). So those are abbreviations for countries, not states.
