I think the picture and questions change for each entry. One of my questions was the number of tufts of grass but I wasn't asked about the river or speed.

PenguinGrrl, you're right. The questions do change. The picture stays the same for one week, and then it changes and so do all the questions.
At least, this is what happened last year.

New picture today..
I was thrown off and accidentally closed the form..
I wrote down this info from the screenshot I took..no clue what the questions will be..
9 vehicles total..2 green, 2 blue and 5 red
3 vehicles are missing 1 wheel
3 have bags on top
4 have a spare tire with an I love sign on it.
