I was wondering why when I click on contests on their site, the contest doesn't appear. I have noticed that it has been the same for the past few contests as well. I check every day for new contests on their site and didn't know this contest started on May 15th. Does it appear when anyone else looks for it on their site?

If you notice at the top of their old home page it states that they have been under maintenance ( for the last 2 weeks at least. I check every day )
I found out about this new contest at a contest listing website.
It appears that they have created a new home page ( contest included ) but failed to remove the old one. I suggest you get rid of the old home page and replace it with the new one where this contest is being run.
