Gold passes are worth 1620 each and there is 1K in spending money included, plus 4 nights hotel, plus ground transport from winner's residence to departure airport and again on return.
No mention that I could see of airport taxes, seat selection fees, baggage fees, NavCan charges, etc. which many contests now seem to specifically exclude.
