If you are entering with a UPC each time, maybe try without next time
It does say you can enter daily, but if I'm reading rules correctly, additional 5 entries with a UPC can only be done one time

Yes the max 5 entries for a UPC code is a 1X only thing. If you didn't do it you can also email them 1X for the 5 additional entries (it's an either / or since it's max 1 time).
As well, unchosen entries carry forward to the following draw(s), so let's hope they get the daily entry window working properly.

I tried again after more than 24 hours after my initial entry without entering the UPC and still got the message,"Sorry, you've already entered."

I sent an email about the "already entered" problem to the address listed in the rules for requesting the additional 5 entries.

Since so much grief with daily entry, I am not entering anymore until we get clarification that it's fixed. Thanks willymike for reaching out to them and as 123AbC points out, entries carry over.

Same and I haven t had a reply to my email to their contact us website - most Blue Jays contests are single entry so maybe this one is as well and the rules are incorrect? We shall see if any of us hear back from our email requests hopefully soon!

if you get the ineligible message as soon as you go to the page, make sure you are not using a VPN
It won't matter even if you select a Canada server, the message comes up right away ... I tested with VPN selecting a Canada and United States servers
