I turned off Ad blocker and was able to enter by typing manually the entire form.

I chose CA for Canada, I know they mean California lol but there are no provinces listed

This one is a little different in that you need to wait for a 6 digit code via email to complete the entry.

if you read rules you will see this: any bonus entries earned throughout the Promotion Period will NOT apply to the drawing for the national grand prize. so referring people is a waste of time

Ok. But they are not Bonus entries. There aren't any bonus entry options for this contest. Just original entries per participating station... into the National grand prize drawing
Any other prizes that a station is offering in addition to Grand would only be eligible to the local listening area only. Or at least that is what I see with the radio station contests. I could be wrong.
