You have to watch daily and log in to see if you won, Monday to Friday. If your name is called you have 24 hours to follow the instructions online to contact them

From what I can figure out, they only tell you that you didn't win:
"During the My$tery Round: if a contestant wins $10,000, a lucky at-home viewer has the chance to win $10,000 too! Look out for the special SPIN ID graphic in the show.
CHECK SPIN ID
You ll have 24 hours to log in to your Wheel Watchers Club account and check your SPIN ID to see if you are the lucky winner! If you re the winner, follow the online instructions. Once your win is verified, we will call you to confirm. Be sure to answer our call!"
