I believe it's legitimate but the goal of the sweepstakes is to raise money through donations and the rules say that in the event that they don't get $35,000 in donations, the prize will be 25% of whatever amount they raise. This new trend of contests advertised in the public space which people who see them cannot enter without spending money on a purchase, donation, or stationery and postage stamps, contrary to the Canadian Criminal Code.

Yeah and I'm really sure they're not going to choose someone who mailed in an entry, this seems like a waste of time.
