As stymchuk said -- must be personal friends and family.
Read the rules 4e section. Just like the last Dare contest you can use the 3 spaces 1X so 3 referrals on the form !X at 5 bonuses per referral equals the maximum 15 bonus entries for referrals. Giving your link does not equal a referral. Using the form equals a referral.
