botlskru, there are two contests, with two similar but definitely different names, and two sets of rules. Linda has listed the Build a Better Burger Dinner Sweeps, which is weekly and runs until August 31. The one at the "far bottom" of the page, to which you are referring, is the Build a Better Burger Recipe Contest. Entry for that has ended, but there will be some sort of cook-off from those who submitted recipes to determine the winner later in October. Read the rules for both contests. You will see that they are very different.
