It's more of a weekly entry sweeps. There are 18 entry periods running from Tuesday-Thursday. See rules for starting and ending times.

It's really more of an "odd entry" in that there are the weekly periods, but within each period you can enter daily, up to three entries per period. So it's a "enter every Tuesday (after 10am), Wednesday, and Thursday (before 11am)" contest. Just FYI that you can enter more than once per week.
