This one's a bit confusing. The first entry period is from 12/10 to 12/11, but it also references entries received before then, starting on 11/11, so... no clue.
Also, it's only daily if you enter from the QR code. The linked form is a single entry. The QR code is obtained by visiting a Boost store. Hopefully someone can share it. I thought I had it saved form last year's, but I can't find it.

The qr code webpage is the same url but with /qr at the end. This is at least the third time that has happened.
