is this a 24 hour entry? I tried 2 different browsers and cleared my cookies. still didn't get enrty form.

I got the error message earlier today, but it works now.
maybe it is a 24 hr entry period?
if you get the "This campaign is not currently live." error
try it again later in the day

Panam and aurella, try a different browser. Using Chrome I also got FL as the only state option. I had no problems using Edge.
