Shrimp and Crab Tarts

Ingredients

36 mini tart shells

2 cups whipping cream

2 garlic cloves, minced

250 grams salad shrimp

1 (120g) can crabmeat, drained well

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or tarragon

White pepper to taste

1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Small dill or tarragon sprigs for garnish, optional
