I have made it very easy to enter this giveaway - all you need to provide is your email address and the country you live in. By entering, you agree to receive my weekly newsletter. If you have already subscribed to my newsletter you are automatically entered so you do not need to do anything more. This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Canada (excluding AK, HI, PR and QC) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes begins on May 25, 2012 at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time, and ends on June 30, 2012 at 11:59:59 pm PT. All entries must be received by June 30, 2012 at 11:59:59 pm PT.

One winner will be eligible to receive his or her choice of one jacket from Santa Fe Apparel's CoffeeShop brand of coats as described above.

There is a limit one entry per eligible person/email address. Individuals may not register more han once using a different email address. I am not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. I am not responsible for any failure of the Sweepstakes Website during the Sweepstakes Period, including any technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of traffic congestion on the internet or at the Sweepstakes Website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material related to the Sweepstakes, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, I will randomly award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.

By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to receive the Contestgirl newsletter. The winner of the sweepstakes will be chosen through a random draw of all email addresses that are subscribed to the Contestgirl newsletter at the time of the draw. Winner will be determined in a random drawing on or around July 1, 2012. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If the winner resides in Canada, he or she will be required to answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question.

Once a potential winning email address has been selected, the email address will be used to notify the winner. I will attempt to contact the potential winner through email, using the email address selected in the draw twice over a period of 3 days (72 hours). If I do not get a response within 72 hours, I will select an alternate potential winner using the same random process and the original potential winner will forfeit the prize. Once a winner has been select and confirmed, I will pass the winner's name and address to Santa Fe Apparel, who will then contact the winner to arrange delivery of the prize.
