From the Official Rules If winner is over the age of twenty-five (25), his/her/their guest must be a person between the ages of thirteen (13) and twenty-five (25). The guest may be a Minor only if: (a) s/he/they is the child/legal ward of the winner; or (b) s/he/they is accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who pays for their own transportation and all other travel expenses.
