each AMOE entry is worth 2000 points,
so you can only enter 3 times for each contest

You can only enter 6000 times and once every minute. Even with no purchase and diferent contest.

@BeverlyWill, where does it say how many entries each AMOE submission is worth?

Posted by: Tuor87 on July 11, 2022

@BeverlyWill: Never mind; I think I found it. :)

I've been entering Omaze contests for a while, what BeverlyWill said is correct. They're sure exciting prizes! Probably hard to win though because they sure advertise a whole lot. Make sure the contests you enter are open to Canadians - some aren't although I think all the current ones are. You can also create an account for free and it shows you how many entries you have for each contest.

I learned the hard way that it doesn't stop you from entering as many (free) times as you want, but only the first three count ("6000 entry limit"). It's easy to set up an "account" to keep track.

And, if you win something you have to wait 18 months before you can win again.

I think that's one rule I didn't know! I thought it used to say you can win one smaller prize (like a trip to see a celebrity) and one bigger prize (like a house) each year? All their prizes are pretty great though so I think if I won one I'd definitely be satisfied for 18 months lol

You only have 24 hours to respond by e-mail if you win. I previously won a yacht trip at St. Martin when their rules were more liberal that you only had 24 hours to sign the paperwork they sent to you by e-mail which they hadn't sent yet they picked another winner which at that time wasn't in the rules as they hadn't sent me the paperwork. They never gave me the prize even though their rules were abided by.

Does anyone know if you reach the 6000 limit but you get bonus points via email, can you still put the bonus points towards the prize?
