I used the contact us form to request that they change from a 24 hour delay to a once a calendar day rule for entries. I gave them my reasons. Maybe if they get enough feedback that people don't like 24 hour delay rule they might change.

This is what Pepsi sent me almost immediately: "Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry you had a negative experience with Cheetos X Ghostbusters Promotion and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. I believe it is worded like that because you can enter once a day but i will let my promotion team know about this issue."

Mon 3/4 10:25 AM- it did not let me enter B4 24 hrs. 1 minute after 24 it did (yesterday it did not let me enter early also). Rules still say "once per day". We will have to live with it !

kathy, this one is a STRICT 24 hour promotion. Did you enter yesterday? If so, you should have an email from them telling you exactly when you entered. That is the time you can enter again today.

You should try to check your Instagram account daily for direct message.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified via direct message ( DM ) through their Instagram account used to submit their Entry and will be required to respond to the notification (as stated within the notification) within five (5) days with the requested information to claim prize.

I didn't see that part and not at all thrilled about it. There are a lot of people that scammed that way. I've personally received multiple winner notifications from fake accounts.

They create a page that is similar to that of a sponsor and DM people that like or follow the sponsor's account. I haven't been scammed that way, but it's easy to understand how the excitement of that notification can trick people into responding with information without first verifying it is the correct account.

No matter how ppl received a notification you really got to be careful on how quickly you reply. I think Scammers are more professional than the Administrators. One notification I received had so many holes I almost walked away from it. Email looked legit but when I called the Administrator they they didn't reply to voice mail. They replied to an email that I sent and when they called me they used a cellphone. When I called customer service several times of the Co running the sweepstakes and they had no information on the Giveaway and they said it was scam. Only time I had piece of mind was after I contacted the Attorney General. A lot of BS.
