Nowhere in the rules does it state that you can enter monthly. I it is monthly they didn't specify that. However, in section 7, paragraph 2 it says " Non-winning entries will be carried over into the following Draw. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of Entries received up to the end date of the applicable Monthly Period.
