Pretty bad timing for this prize isn't it.

What's wrong with the "timing" of this prize?

Sad!

I wish there were more contests like this - unique!

@AMAProSBK as a lifelong Texan, I'll just say that QueenMom is right, we aren't in a good place. Our state government is sitting on over $20 billion in surplus and refusing to use it to better our lives. Won't distribute it to be used for education or severe weather warning systems or to support the improvement of our power grid. We're projected to run out of water in the next 5-10 years (many estimates on the shorter end of that timescale) and they aren't aren't investing in solving that crisis. I'm actively trying to move away because this isn't the state I used to love, and I'm worried that if I stay I'm going to be left high and dry - literally, with a water crisis, failing power grid, and folks in charge who seem to be interested in enriching themselves instead of making choices to benefit their constituents.

"Prize may not be transferred or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part. "
Does this mean you can't sell it?

ZDStitch you re in my prayers

Not sure DaisyLee. I would think that you must claim the prize yourself but I would
be VERY surprised if once you have acquired the property that you would be unable
to sell it. Good Luck!
