Sorry, no cranberries in the turkey corn chowder recipe. Turkey in three forms: schmaltz, broth, and cooked meat. Me neither, but it's in the recipe and Wikipedia says "Schmaltz (also spelled schmalz or shmalz) is rendered (clarified) chicken or goose fat. It is an integral part of traditional Ashkenazi Jewish cuisine..." Posted by: 123ABC 14 hours ago |
