No carry over that I can see in the rules. The secondary prizes are drawn at two per day. The grand prizes are awarded at a rate of about every 3 weeks. The rules do not actually specify how often you can obtain a PIN. Obviously they would like you to buy 100 pizzas at one time, but you can only enter the PINs at a rate of one per day. Similarly, there are no specs on how often to AMOE a PIN by email, but their may be internal controls on the rate of submission. Safest is probably one AMOE email per day.
