In my experience, I had the same problem, don't bother with trying all their fixes cause its usually most certainly on their side. Just follow up with them saying that you've followed all their steps and it still doesn't function. And waiting game and hopefully they come back with a resolution. Its always best to be nice, polite, respectful when communicating as well.

I tried 9 times, using 2 different browsers, sometimes using auto-fill, other times typing everything out. I still couldn't enter. The closest I got was when it told me to click "submit" again to prove I'm not a robot, but there was no "submit" button to click (insert eye roll here). It will not accept my address.
