This didn't work for me on Chrome. My postal code kept getting rejected.
I used Firefox instead and typed in all my details instead of using any auto-generated information and it worked.

I won this a few years back, best trip went to space center, it was for four peeps, awesome, added days and stayed for two weeks incorporated a cruise in the trip

Typing it in by hand worked for me too. I'm using Edge browser, and didn't change browsers.
