At the time the winner takes possession of the prize, he or she must present a valid driver s license and proof of insurance. All national, provincial, and local taxes, licenses, registration, title and insurance fees that may be associated with the prize, as well as any other costs involved in claiming, owning, operating or maintaining the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
The official winner will be required to personally take delivery of their prize by taking the items required in the above paragraph to dealer location within 1 month (30 days) of the day you are confirmed as the official winner (skill-testing question answered correctly and receipt of the signed declaration).

as the rules themselves were pasted and copied up above, it appears the winner just needs any kind of drivers licence.
