This is quarterly, isn't it? See rule 2. 4 separate and distinct entry periods in 2023

Next entyry ends June 30th.

As I read it there are four entry periods, each requiring a separate entry.

1. ends March 31
2. ends June 30
3. ends September 30
4. ends December 31

This should be under odd entry as it is quarterly.
