The rules link is on the registration form.
Entry periods once a month mostly near the end of the month. This one ends Sunday, 01/29. Next period begins 02/20.
The scratch off didn't work on my Android phone with Chrome.

Today the form didn't load for me. Prior days the URL would just roll to the thanks URL, so I started entering INCOGNITO mode. I don't trust the accuracy of this one at all.

I've always been curious about these tobacco sweeps. How do they prove whether or not the winner is a smoker?

I've won several prizes from tobacco companies and have never once been asked to prove I was a smoker. I know of many sweepstakes hobbyists that will enter everything regardless of whether they technically qualify to enter. Personally I don't enter sweepstakes that require participants to be a veteran, teacher, contractor, pregnant, new mom, and probably others I can't think of at the moment.

However I don't hold tobacco companies or smokers in high regard so I have no problem entering the promotions.
