One entry per entry period. Entry periods are:
3/6 to 3/10
3/13 to 3/17
3/20 to 3/25
3/27 to 3/31
4/3 to 4/7
4/10 to 4/14
4/17 to 4/22
4/25 to 4/28
These are the entry periods posted in the rules but I think they made 2 mistakes. I think they meant to list all entry perios from Monday to Friday each week but I could be wrong. To be safe, I would enter eirher Tues, Wed or Thurs each week. Entries DO NOT roll over into subsequent weeks.

Oops - just read the rules which say: Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) Roses Discount Stores gift card. They seem to be located in Lousiana...

They're more than just in Louisiana. There's 175 stores nationwide according to Wikipedia. There's at least 17 within 100 miles of my location.
