I got the same notation upon my entry attempt as well.

"This e-mail address has already been submitted."

Maybe their web-site date / clock has not updated
yet due to todays, ( Sunday ) weekend entry period.

I've never encountered a monthly entry promotion before that also had a clock on it for your next entry. Wild.

I'm being told I need to wait to enter again for 145 hours and 32 minutes. That would mean I can enter again on June 2. ??? Are they timing my next entry by the first time I entered? This one is all wonky...

Yes spike1jg, I do believe that is how they are doing it. It is definitely a weird one.
