Enter Only Once Per Race Week Period
Most of the Entry Periods are:
-- Once Every week ~
-- Two weeks apart
-- 1 Month break in late July ~ August

Atentries - the next entry period starts May 18. You have to check out the Rules for the entry periods. Each entry period only runs for a few days.

When that happens to me, I put it on desktop mode (I use a mobile)
The captcha usually shows up in desktop mode. If not, I try using incognito next.

You can only enter during the designated entry periods.
The next entry period begins on Thursday May 18th
See the Official Rules page for the dates -&- times to enter.
Note that the time zones are local to where the race is being
held in the various country time zones.
Most likely the reason why you are having trouble entering
is because you are not entering the sweeps on the correct
day -&- or time zone.
