I am having trouble. I try to create an account but it says the email is already in the system. I try to reset the password, but never get an email.

Yep. Exactly the same problem here. I tried a brand new email too and it said the email was in the system too but I definitely never registered with that email before.

Instead you used someone who trolled you and was the 2nd person to use fstrjon's link. Oh well. Thanks for the tip. I'll probably enter later on when I have access to a different device.

What did you do on the new device? Just log in? Request a password reset link? Make a new account with a different email?

I created a new account with a new email (I tried that new email before but it didn't work. It worked this time on the new device). Plus I used a different browser. I don't know if it all made a difference or not because now I can sign in to the contest on my usual device and browser, using the new email.
