Enter By Mail: Print your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to LovesacforLife, c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5021, Department 857912, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5021. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope.
