I don't think there's a way to enter this from Canada, it makes you choose from a drop down list of states to complete the form.

The province dropdown didn't work for me, so I included it in the City line instead

The provinces are listed right at the bottom of the page, but you still have to enter a state, so I put the one closest to me

got a reply from Facebook, said they fixed it
Worked fine for me, states and provinces are in the same dropdown now
