Rules look like they say limit of 1 entry per person that rolls over into each of the 3 entry periods that started in March.

I agree too Beverly, and the rules are contradictory. All entry periods start on 3-31-23, but one ended 06-30-23, the 2nd ended 9-14-23, and the 3rd ends on 12-31-23. Eligibility section of rules state one entry per period, but the Disqualification section says one entry during the sweepstakes.
