It's the usual for NPN for 7-Eleven. See rule 3 b " Limit one online (1) entry every seven (7) days of the Contest, per person/e-mail/mobile device account" It might be that only 1 person can use an IP address, but then if there are two or more people who want to enter use different networks so that you have different IPs.

In past contests I had no issue entering someone else with a different email. That's why I bought it up. I've been entering these NPN entries for years.

I've always been able to enter 7-Eleven contests in the past, but recently when I try, it says "the owner disabled submissions from your country."
