Thank you for writing in. Could you provide the names and verified email addresses of the friends trying to help?
You will only earn entries when your friend follows your link and enters or completes any of the actions for the first time. For example, if your friend has already entered the campaign or a campaign for the same tour and completed all of the actions, you will NOT earn additional entries.

My second email from Tunespeak (again, not very helpful)
It is important to make sure anyone helping you not only clicks your share link but also uses their own device and browser. Users that display activity of sharing the same device and/or browser are automatically flagged and cannot earn entries for others.
Our automated system is in place to verify the authenticity of each Tunespeak account to prevent users from bypassing limits that are in place, which goes against our Terms of Service. There was activity that caused your husband's account to be automatically flagged, but we understand that it is not always a user's intent to bypass limits so we have manually verified his account. Unfortunately, entries cannot be retroactively added. Entries can only be earned when completed for the first time and cannot be bypassed. You can still earn entries for any eligible actions he has yet to complete.
