Had to use incognito mode with Chrome, but was able to get past the phone number and enter.

Then it might be your Internet browser. I used Brave browser and Android with no problems. I use Brave the most, DuckDuckGo for HGTV then Chrome when nothing else works.

My friend received a text with a link to click saying I sent them a gift. Anyone else?

Today my friend also received a text with a link to click saying I sent them a gift. They were able to redeem for a $5 gift card at store of their choice from a list. It happened almost immediately after I filled the form out on my end.
