I like these NPN contests with a small paragraph to enter (I save a draft in my email folder and modify the text for each entry).

Another idea is to use Google Docs. If you use Google Chrome, and save it as a Google Doc, it counts words and is always handy when you are online anywhere. Good luck everyone. I'm hungry for some St-Hubert BBQ now :)
